The Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County maintains two resources for homeless individuals. The digital Help Card (linked above) is a robust directory of services to support homeless or newly housed individuals. This directory is available online only.
The Street Guide (also linked above) is a printable, one-page resource for use by individuals in crisis, living on the streets or in shelters. The Street Guide can efficiently direct individuals to programs that can connect them with housing and help end their homelessness.
Do you need housing or know someone who needs housing?
