Homeless Court Referral Agencies: A new and streamlined Homeless Court referral packet is now posted on line. (Click Here) You will notice several forms have been reduced or cut. This is to minimize the time it takes for you to complete a referral. Two important additions are the inclusion of your clients HMIS number and/or a homeless referral letter. These are now required as proof of homeless status. If you would like for your agency to become a designated community service site for your clients, please download the Municipal Courts Community Service Information Packet. (Click Here) This is separate from the HC program and designed to help those who recently have received a ticket and have no outstanding cases. Your clients would need a Homeless Referral Letter from you (Click Here) to access Community Service for themselves. (Click Here) to access the MCJ Flyer in which the courts are using to refer clients to your programs. Look for an additional 3rd docket to be added very soon. Make this a Great Day!
