RFP For ClientTrack Suppport
The following document is a Request for Proposals (RFP: Scope of Management Services) for the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County (CFTH).
CFTH is looking for a service provider to administer maintenance and service for a Case Management application called ClientTrack™. ClientTrack™ is owned and developed by Data Systems International. For organizational information on CFTH, please visit www.homelesshouston.org.
Bidders must submit a complete response to the RFP. Four copies and one original must be submitted. Proposals must be signed by an official authorized to bind the bidder.
To be considered, proposals must arrive at CFTH, 600 Jefferson, Suite 920, Houston, TX 77002, on or before September 6, 2010. Bidders who mail proposals should allow adequate delivery time to ensure timely receipt of their proposal. Electronic versions may be sent to aybara@homelesshouston.org. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. Mailed envelopes containing proposals should be addressed to: Alma Duldulao-Ybara, CFTH, 600 Jefferson, Suite 920, Houston, TX 77002.
