They have just recently undergone repairs and expansion to include more space for food. Distribution will resume August 1, 2015 and will be available during the hours above. They distribute nutritious groceries including proteins and fresh produce and can also provide emergency food relief in times of crisis and natural disasters. Bee Busy Wellness Center also includes a health clinic and street outreach team.

Berean Adventist Community Services offers supplementary groceries, clothing, toiletries, and household goods as available. They also offer referrals to local agencies for those who have greater needs such as housing and utility assistance, however, are not able to provide this type of assistance through services at Berean. Arrive 30 minutes early for registration, bring a form of ID. Emergency Food Bags can be obtained on every third Saturday by special request and Wednesday evenings by appointment from 7pm - 8:30pm. Service on holidays will depend on the availability of staff on hand. We ask that you call in advance for Special Pick-up Services. Clients visiting Braes Interfaith Ministries Food Pantry can receive groceries (including fresh vegetables from the garden), personal items, clothing vouchers to the Braes Resale & Consignment Shop, and job counseling. Their food pantry provides a five-day supply of food for people experiencing hunger or food insecurity. The food items fit a well-balanced meal preparation, and clients may also receive fresh fruit and produce from their community garden.

Cy-Fair Helping Hands provides street outreach and a referral service to the homeless community in Cy-Fair. The Emergency Food Pantry requires proof of employment (paycheck or paystub), however if a client is homeless, disabled, elderly or not working they will give them a food package and refer them to their local pantry.

Interfaith Ministries’ Meals on Wheels program provides delivery of free meals to home-bound seniors over age 60. They also deliver breakfast and weekend meals to the most frail and isolated seniors. Call to sign up.
