Coordinated Access (Housing Assessments)

Coordinated Access is a centralized or collaborative process designed to coordinate program participant intake, assessments, and referrals to housing. It involves an initial assessment of the participant to determine the best housing and/or income intervention. However, neither housing nor income are guaranteed. If eligible, participants may receive either housing and income options, or just income via Income Now.
